Owner's Responsibility By submitting, I confirm: (1) no more than 6 persons in the unit; (2) property manager will orient guests on arrival; (3) guests have been informed of all SOLANA rules; (4) guests have signed the waiver of liability; (5) I am responsible for any damage caused by my guests to common areas.

Guest Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases SOLANA from all liability relating to injuries that may occur through my use, or the use by those under my guardianship, of the common spaces and facilities, during my stay in one of the condos in the SOLANA condominium complex. By signing this Agreement, I agree to hold SOLANA entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in the use of the complex swimming pools and other activity areas in the complex. I swear that I am, and those under my guardianship are using the complex common spaces and facilities, and participating in activities in the complex voluntarily, and that all risks are clear to me.

By signing below, I forfeit all right to bring a suit against SOLANA for any reason. In return, I will be allowed access to and the full benefit of all common areas and facilities and to participate in all activities authorized by SOLANA. I will obey the rules and regulations as set out by SOLANA as listed in writing and as explained to me verbally.

For guests regularly returning to stay in the complex, this waiver is required to be signed on their initial visit and will be considered valid for all subsequent visits. SOLANA reserves the right to require guests to sign a new waiver at any time.

Pool & Parking Rules and Regulations
  • Pool Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
  • No Lifeguard on Duty. All persons use pool and gym at their own risk. Children under 16 are strictly prohibited without adult supervision. Ages 16–18 require written parental permission.
  • All persons must shower before entering the pool.
  • Smoking/vaping is NOT permitted in any public common area.
  • No glass in the pool and/or deck area under any circumstance.
  • Food in small portions in sealed plastic containers allowed only at covered table areas. No food at poolside or loungers. Drinks in plastic or aluminum containers only.
  • No diving, jumping, running or pushing in pool areas. Keep noise to a minimum.
  • Remove towels/personal items when leaving. Chairs may not be reserved for the day.
  • Pool use restricted to condo owners (or authorized renters) and registered guests only.
  • The Association assumes no responsibility for lost/stolen items or accidents in pool or gym.
  • Parking: Unoccupied units may not use a stall. One stall per unit. Gate must be closed after each use. Only working-condition cars. No parking outside designated stalls.
  • Violations — By-Law Penalties: 1st notice ignored → $2,000 MXN fine | 2nd notice → $5,000 MXN fine | 3rd notice → legal action. Notification posted on condo door and emailed to owner.
  • It is the homeowner's responsibility to address fine violations with renters/guests and/or property management.
